To access course content, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to certain courses or features may require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
All course content, including text, videos, quizzes, graphics, and code examples, is the intellectual property of Alpha School. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course material for your own learning.

Alpha School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
